I hope you don't mind, but today this Nana is going to brag a little........
My granddaughter Emilee, was one of 20 students in her grade at Greenwood Elementary to receive an award for making the Honor Roll for the year last night!!! Way to go Emilee!!! Papa and Nana are very proud of you!!!
Just to prove how bright she is, I'm going to share a little story with you.... Hope it brightens your day!!!
Emilee is our only granddaughter.
When Miss Em was five, she and I were coloring in her Princess coloring book....... she looked up at me and said, " Nana, I am a Princess." To which I replied, "Yes, you are sweetie." Then she said, " I am a Princess, and mama is a Princess, Aunt Betsy is a Princess, and so is Aunt Kay Kay." Again, I agreed. Then she said, " But Nana, You are the Queen."
I told you she was bright, didn't I?!!!!

That is so cute! She is bright. She knew that you are the Queen. Aren't grandkids the best? She sounds like a darling. I really don't think that's bragging. It's the facts. I wish we could hear more and more about the positive and not all the negative we here in the media today. Happy Friday!!
